(1) Log in to the China International Trade Single Window (https://www.singlewindow.cn/)。) using a card medium

(2) Access the General Customs Enterprise Qualification Change Application page,fill in the cross-border e-commerce enterprise type and website.

(3) Follow the prompts on the webpage to proceed to the next steps until reaching "Declaration," verify the submitted information,and ensure the "Status" displays "Customs Storage Success."

(4) If the enterprises declaration information is correct,Customs will accept the declaration; if there are errors,Customs will reject the application and specify the reasons.

Special Tips: Cross-border e-commerce payment enterprises must obtain a Financial License for banks and a Payment Business License for non-bank institutions.
